Send Your DB Via Email
RV Park Software has a feature that will let you send your Park.MDB database via an Email each time you close the Program. This will add a few moments to your Exiting the software, but may provide another Backup, or just send it to a corporate location where the Lite version of RV Park software can be used to review reservations or run various reports (just not change any of the Data).
This is setup in the Campground Information, Mailing Information area. What is needed is the SMTP Settings be properly setup, at least one Email address in the Email field, and the Auto Send Backup DB checkbox checked as shown below.
Then each time you exit RV Park Software it will send your database.
