Flagging a Guest as Someone You Don't Want Again
There are times where the Guest may leave without paying their Bill or they have been determined to be unwanted as a return Guest. In that case, simply check the Do NOT Rent check box in the Guest Information Panel and press the Save Button on the bottom of the Panel.
TIP: There is also a Guest History tool that will provide a Guest's transactions over time that can be helpful. If a Guest has Canceled numerous reservations or has been slow to pay, these attributes can be captured and noted through the Check Out process and then reviewed before or during their next reservation.
